    I bought a voucher for a keratin treatment and was booked in at my preferred time. I was treated by Lisa, who was very professional and friendly, and I was very satisfied with the results.

    5 star salon in heart of cbd ... Very New York feeling in !!! Got a glass of champagne and an iPod and free lunch and a fantastic haircut from Jackie

    I very recently went to this salon for keratin treatment and style cut( with a voucher) and the end result was utterly disappointing!! My hair condition was no different and the professional hair cut was a shorter version of what it was before. Treatment was very rushed.I have been to other salons for keratin treatment( with vouchers) and have always been pleased with the outcome. I guess clients with vouchers receive second rate/ inferior service at this salon! I will definitely NEVER be back!! A very reluctant half star.WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT!!!!!

    Artis have gone down hill. I had been going to Artis for nearly 8 years, a loyal customer. A couple of my long-term hair dressers left so I decided to remain loyal trying some different ones. They were very average. The last time I was there they had stuffed up my booking, they did squeeze me in but I had 3 different hair dressers work on my hair that time. The result was terrible as you can imagine. The colour was wrong, I had split ends, my foils were off, in two weeks I already needed a touch up. In the 8 years I have been there I never received a discount for anything, you would think they would treat their long serving customers a little better.

    I am never going back their again. It is a shame as they always had great hairdressers. I would prefer not to look for another hair dresser in but the slow decline of the quality of their services to the increasing costs is not worth it.

    I went to Artis for a consultation on hair extensions last weekend. Anthony Talbot was so friendly and informative, and the atmosphere of the salon was so energetic, that I booked myself in straight away. I had them done last night and it looks amazing and natural! The amount of effort and attention to detail Anthony and his team put into this was phenomenal as it took over 3.5 hours. With a glass of bubbly and never a dull moment with Anthonys humour and wonderful personality, it was a great experience, and I think Ive found my perfect hairdresser. Also, a thank you to the wonderful girls who so patiently helped with the extensions and catering to my drinks!

    Would not honour vouchers purchased though conditions were very clearly outlined in voucher. Was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Have purchased many vouchers from other hair salons for keratin before and this is the first time I've had to deal with such rudeness. Wasted time, money and effort going in to city too. Half a star just so I can post review.

    I went to Artis with a voucher that included a Keratin treatment, cut and colour. I asked them to dip-dye (a relatively simple procedure) my already ballayaged hair with a turquoise tint. I was told that turquoise was too difficult (presumably because i had a voucher) and i would have to settle for another colour, like pink. I made it very clear that i definitely didn't want pink hair but I eventually settled for purple. My hair is now a muddy, dirty pink with brown roots that looks terrible and I have been wearing it in a bun ever since because i am so unhappy with how it looks. I have tried to strip the colour out using a chemical wash, but it won't budge and all i have managed to do is strip out the Keratin treatment.
    Very unimpressed.

    I would like to take this time to recommend Artis Hair and Beauty Salon. My experience was everything that I could of asked for. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by plush surroundings, a vibrant energy and not to forget my fantastic stylist Mr Anthony Talbot. His experience comes from working all over the world. Having managed his own salon in the UK, from London to Rome this man really knows what the latest and hottest trends are! Coupled with an infectious personality and sense of humour, my time spent at Artis Hair and with Anthony was truly perfect and what any woman would want.

    After moving to Sydney from the US, I had to find a new hairdresser, and I was thrilled when I found Artis. Their staff is unrivalled in CBD, and I always come away happy with the finished product. My stylist, Lisa, is terrific at interpreting what I want and does everything from color, cut, and style my hair. Totally impressed with this salon, through and through, and wouldn't go anywhere else.

    If u want fantastic hair, u need to go to Artis hair and beauty! The stylists are simply amazing and super friendly. The salon is divinely fitted out and I get my own I pad to check emails, facebook and have fun surfing the web...I feel like a glamour model after the stylets finish with me... A truly special experience ! Love you guys!!!
