    Love sushi! One of not so many Japanese restaurants that delivers food. If I could I would order everyday. Last time we ordered food everything was fantastic ...just delivery time was bit longer that expected. Highly recommended!

    Nothing but good from me, ordered there 6 times and each time it has been excellent. Delivery time was quick and food was good. Favourite dish for me is Prawn Tempura, Definitely one to try if you are around Newtown area.

    If this is one of the previous reviewers favourite places, they need to get out more seriously. As Japaneese goes, its as bad a whaling... full of fat desroys the environment and just a dogs breakfast!

    Try walking down the road to the Sushi Train in Newtown and you will taste better Japaneese at a better price. Asakusa is a blight on Newtown and should be made illegal like whaling. Over priced driead up samon, Oily fried dishes and slow service to boot.

    If my date took me here, I would dumb them on the basis of their poor selection.

    This is one of my favourite Japanese restaurants, and each time we visit Asakusa we find the food to be extremely fresh and satisfying. It's always packed on the weekends especially with group bookings, and therefore is a very noisy, crowded restaurant. This results in slow service,and trying to waive down a waiter is difficult. The best thing going for it is the decent food for such great value. Try the agedashi tofu!

    Quick and easy Japanese. That's about it really, try the sashimi beef, probably the best thing on the menu. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated over the years, or my tastes have changed. Either way it's worth it for a weeknight bight or dinner with a big group.

    the place is busy, it's BYO and the Bento boxes are a winner! the crowd each night proves it's a popular joint in Newtown. The only negative is that the food has gone a bit downhill over the years - best to go on nights that aren't Friday or Saturday!
