    Definitely the worse car rental experience. They offer cheap rate, but the car is old and smelly. The worst thing is the return of rental bond. Reading from other comments, they never return within 1 month, if at all. In my case, I had to call them every second day for a month, and been given all the excuses in the world. Then they wouldn't even pick up my calls (unless I call from a new number). At the end, I had to file a complain to department of fair trading and lodge a credit card dispute to get the $500 car rental bond back. I am so glad it is over.
