    This is the worst builder, poor quality workmanship, huge delays and so hard to deal with.
    They dont turn up, they wont return calls.

      I couldn't agree more. The change in staff over the past twelve months is a great concern too. No continuatity and always someone elses problem who has now left the company and can't be contacted.

    We have just signed up with Ashford Homes and soon to be building. It was a very exciting experience designing our new home from scratch! We set our budget and our Consultant kept under it. Upon presentation of our contract including site costs, the total cost was very similar to what we originally agreed upon. Very good explanation of possible price rises etc so we didn't get a shock when we saw the final contract.
    Very happy so far with the service the Ashford team have provided us and thanks to our Consultant who helped us every step of the way, their commitment and dedication is unquestionable.

    We signed a contract in December 2008. Our home is not currently at lockup and does not even have a roof. It is a double story home and the frame has been exposed to the elements for the past 12 months. There have been numerous site supervisors and errors that have been made re the building of our home. Major errors including using two different types of mortar on our home!! Extremely dissapointing and frustrating experience. Excuses after excuses regarding the delays and still no definite time frame for completion.My dream home has become an absolute nightmare. I dread when friends ask me how my home is progressing. No good communication channels. Based on the above, you can judge for yourself as to whether you would want your home built with this company. Would I do it again-NEVER!!
