Ashmore Palms Holiday Village is an award-winning caravan park on the Gold Coast, popular with families, couples, groups and business travellers. 

The holiday park offers a range of self-contained, family-friendly holiday cabins and short term accommodation, set on 6 landscaped hectares. Each cabin style has a kitchen with full cooking facilities, bathroom, up to 3 bedrooms, television, air-conditioning and private driveway parking. Some of the more luxurious holiday cabin styles, including the Macaw Mansions and Rainforest Retreats, have additional inclusions.

Ashmore Palms' facilities include 2 swimming lagoons, playground, barbecues, 7-day reception, tour desk, convenience store, internet booth, wireless internet, 3 guest laundries, full size tennis court and bird aviaries housing Australian native birds and exotic parrots.

The Village's extensive facilities are complemented by its free activities and courtesy shuttle service, to make for an affordable family holiday. The free activities on offer include face painting, kids games, kids craft, kids tennis, balloon modeling, bird feeding and morning tea with the Macaws (for all ages).

The courtesy shuttle service is free for holiday and interim guests and runs on set days each week. Destinations include Pacific Fair Shopping Centre (Broadbeach), Carrara Markets, Surfers Paradise and Harbour Town Shopping Centre (Biggera Waters). 

Ashmore Palms provides a relaxed holiday setting, yet it is centrally located a short 10-15 minute drive from Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World and Wet 'n' Wild Water World.

Our stay at Ashmore Palms was our best holiday ever. This was mainly due to the beautiful setting (it looked exactly like the advertising photos), the affordable prices and the super friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure that we knew what local sights were available as well as directing us to the best shopping locations. The units were fully self contained and the facilities were so clean and well kept. We recommend Ashmore Palms to all our family and friends and we can't wait for our next Gold Coast holiday so that we can stay there again. If you are going to the Gold Coast, stay at Ashmore Palms Holiday Village.

    We only stayed one night while visiting relatives nearby and wish we were there longer! It was well catered for all family types and our 17mth old enjoyed the pool and LOVED the birds! Definitely a different holiday park experience. We would love to return to experience all the other activities the park has to offer.

    Wow! is the first word that comes to mind about Ashmore Palms, then Amazing. Ashmore Palms Holiday Village helped make our holiday more memorable. The kids loved the craft every morning & I have to say so did my husband. The bird tour, the walk we took around the village & the free bus we took to the night markets was a big add on to what we had planned to do. We will be back & will pass on our thoughts of Ashmore to friends & family & hope they to find their QLD holiday place to stay. Thank you to all the lovely staff. Thank You.

    We stayed at Ashmore Palms in November 2011 and loved every minute of it. From booking to leaving, everybody was very helpful. We stayed for 12 nights in the Rainforest Retreats, and they offer EVERYTHING. They are clean, modern and very well looked after. The pools are gorgeous, the birds and wildlife much it such a treat. The park is quiet and well looked after, and only a short drive to the hustle of Surfers, or the theme parks. A perfect base for a family holiday to remember. We will definitely be back to Ashmore

    I highly recommend this Holiday village for a great relaxed, hassle free holiday. Kids paradise with lots of daily activities for the children. Daily bird feeding that the whole family can participate in. The Holiday village also runs courtesy bus so lots of locations and tours.

    we have just had a 12 night stay at ashmore palms and i cant rave about it enough, everything was just perfect down to the stunning resort , the amazing old fashioned service with a smile and the beautiful birds, you wont find a better resort very child friendly, close to the theme parks big bonus for all, but most of all i just found the service to be 100% friendly,everyone was warm and welcoming ,all i can say is go see for yourself,we would highly reccomend to anyone,very enjoyable stay thanks everyone,pools are great,playgrounds get on the site and book now you wont be dissapointed :)

    Totally Awesome !!!

    This was our first ever trip to the Gold Coast and Ashmore Palms made it the most enjoyable place ever to have stayed. We enjoyed one of the Rainforest Retreats and as a family it was a fantastic place to unwind at the end of each day sightseeing. We also spent time just relaxing at Ashmore in the pool and watching the beautiful bird life. The experience with the Macaws was excellent. We also enjoyed a morning tea hosted by staff one morning with other guests. As a family we would highly reccommend Ashmore palms for your stay. The location to all tourist attractions was fantastic.We had a hire car for our stay and we found the location of Ashmore to everything we wanted to see and do excellent. Thankyou to all who made our stay so wonderful, you all bent over backwards to help us in everyway possible...The best accommodation ever we have stayed in as a family.

      This review is spot on. It sounds exactly like our stay. We had a hire car too, and everything was so easy. We spent our days sight seeing and at theme parks, then our nights either at the pool or on our deck at our Rainforest Retreat. Perfect holiday for a family on the Gold Coast

    We had a fantastic trip away at Ashmore Palms Holiday Village. It's not always easy travelling with young children, but Ashmore Palms made it so much easier for us. The bird feeding, photos with birds and free kids activities were great and kept our kids wanting to come back for more. The beautiful gardens, bird avaries and playgrounds made it a wonderful place for our family to explore and play. The staff were excellent and they couldn't do enough to help. The attention to detail was something that stood out to us as well. The rooms were fresh and clean and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent - being only 10-15mins away from theme parks and 5-10mins away from the waterfront and shopping. Our family will definitely be coming back to Ashmore Palms to stay again and can't recommend it enough for other travellers.

    This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Ashmore Palms and thoroughly enjoyed the stay just as much as the first time, this place is amazing,with activities for the children every morning, the birds they have got are incredible and the rainforest walk around the the park is also lovely,Also Ashmore Palms is within easy reach of all the Major Attractions, We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when we visit the Gold Coast.. We are already in the process of planning our holiday at Ashmore Palms for 2012, it is very much a must see and stay place for everybody. Would definetly reccomend Ashmore to everyone, have already suggested it to family and friends
    Even the gardens are quite unique just like a tropical rainforest.
