Dr George is a great doctor.
How ever reception staff are rude and uncaring. Traveled 30km to doctor on direction of reception staff to be turned away because Dr George was 'fully booked' and didn't even have 5 min. Refused to even call doctor to ask advice, hung up on when called back to complain. Worst Service EVER! -

Great doctors, friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help patients. I came into the surgery with an expired Medicare card and the girls at the front desk rang around to find my current details, avoiding the private fee that would have been charged. There is occasionally a long wait due to the amount of people who frequent the surgery, however this occasional hassle can be what is expected for a rare medical practice which offers both excellent, thorough and friendly doctors and exceptional helpful staff. -

I took the first appointment for today to see a doctor for the first time there. I had to WAIT for 1 hour before they took me in. Why? Not because they were busy with a patient but because they were locked in their office with another doctor. We are not dogs for god sake!! I had to pay $50 for nothing as by the time I went in my skin problem went away temporarily as usual. They then just told me well next time come when they appear!! -
