Dr Bill Varney is just the greatest - I have been a patient for around 35 years and dread the day he retires - fantastic doctor !!!
Diane at the reception is also just wonderful - extremely helpful and always friendly !!

for new patients, a warning: they won't tell you when you book your appt that you have to pay $15 out of pocket for an appointment
my son was sick with bronchitis & after paying $15, they didn't do anything. said to come back (!) for script if it doesn't go away. saw another gp (bulk billed) for 2nd opinion & we got a script for antibiotics. no fussing about with having to go back (& pay!)

  I agree with you,they bulk bill and charge $15 on top,they also left me in the waiting room for one and a half hours and then I had to leave to pick my son up from school,so I was not seen.The staff was very rude to me when I told them they should not charge medicare as I was not seen by a doctor after waiting so long.This is by far the worst medical center in the area.
