Couldnt believe the poor customer service we experienced on Saturday. Used to love shopping at the pick and pay when i lived closer a few years ago. but after our experience on saturday - we were appalled and will never be shopping there again. we were driving from north lakes in towards aspley and decided to phone ahead to see if they sold what we were searching for. the first girl that answered cut us off when trying to transfer and when we called back the second girl that took our call had us on hold for 10min - not even returning to us once! by the time we arrived at the hypermarket we were STILL on hold. i let it go till i got inside the hypermarket, we were on hold for 18min. I ended up hanging up and going straight to customer service to explain we were the people that were on hold but had made it there anyway after waiting so long. we then had to wait there for 10min while they tried to find out if they sold what we were after, to which they said they didnt sell. so thanks hypermarket for wasting our time ! perhaps they need to retrain their girls they have there at customer service as the customer service was not good at all!
