We've purchased several rats from them as well as supplies and have found them to be lovely, friendly and helpful people! Their prices are good and they obviously care about their animals!

I bought two guinea pigs from aspley pet centre just last week. Best and most friendly service I've had from a pet shop. I also sought advice about an injured wild bird I had rescued, the owner/ manager was very helpful. My partner had also received helpful and useful advice concerning American ciclids from another staff member. It was an all round great experience in the dying art of customer service. Would recommend Aspley Pet Centre to anyone and everyone.

I had the fish for 1 week not 1 month and the original fish were ok until we put the other 2 in which came from a sick tank. You were not helpful at all and quite rude to me. Would't buy a car from you either. Aquarium at Clayfield much much better.

  Sorry I will not get into a - I said, you said - , with you, i wish you the best in your future purchases.
  
  I encourage people to come in and make their own call on store.
  
  And yes Clayfield Aquarium are nice people I agree, another family run business.
  
  There are several other shops in the area also who are also quite nice, I have a good relationship with quite a few of them, in fact i sell my animals to 5 other pet shops in Brisbane, some of their staff even shop here also.
  
  I think everyone should shop around and look at many shops before making a purchase. Prices, quality, availability, range vary often, especially true with live animals. If I can help someone I will, if not I may be able to direct you to another shop that can.

very very friendly management. prices are the best i have seen and the people working there go above and beyond friendly service, i just purchased a beautiful rat, cage and equipment. i recommend reading there website too. again they are very lovely people, i will definitely be going back as soon as possible.

can't understand your problem catperson (2 days ago) - i go to that shop regularly, as do many of my friends, everyone comments on great service, friendliness and very good prices - i have checked around and everything there is cheaper than other bigger pet stores and if what you want doesn't happen to be in stock, they will order it for you - great place - keep up the good friendly and helpful service

  I can only assume you are the one who wanted a refund on the fish that died, that you had at your home for a month? The one who swore and abused me on the phone before hanging up? You can not buy a new car and not put oil or petrol in it, break the engine then get it replaced for free. It just doesn't work like that. I have worked in the industry for the last 15 years and have some knowledge I do try to help everyone, it is hard to help someone who is unable to help themselves but sorry. Please, for anyone else, come in to the store and see how nasty we are, I think you will be surprised. We are a small quiet family run store, I was a vet nurse working in a vet clinic for 10 Years. Our prices are quiet low compared to many stores. I am here everyday 6 days a week (closed Tuesdays) and do offer help in anyway possible. Some things we can not cover but, like fish after they have gone home, come in and you will see the quality of our fish and tanks, sure you can make up your own mind :)
