I was most happy with their friendly and efficient service, and I think it took one week only, before I actually was 'fitted' with them. I took to 'it' like a 'duck to water', although they were somewhat too loud on the first fitting, that was corrected in the next 24 hours.

On Monday afternoon I had a follow-up appointment, with more testing, this time with 'party noise' in the background, i.e. 'a wedding', and a little adjusting was done once more. Now I am 'up and running', and shouldn't need to see Mitch again, a very nice young and personable fella, for a year.
