    Aubergine took over from my personal local favourite.... so has a tough job ahead of it. First try was pretty good. The menu isn't particularly innovative, but the quantities were pretty generous and well presented (ie smoked salmon benedict had a pile of salmon - and good salmon at that). Coffee was a bit of a let down, mainly due to temp, and the staff were still finding their feet a little bit.

    Decor is great; a fresh beachside theme to it, which is certainly something that Molto lacked.

    I'd go back... would just like to see some more creativity with the menu!

    Just went to this place the other night; the place is under new management! Great food, great service, great atmosphere!

    The Creme Brulee is a must for dessert!

    Highly recommend the Moltofino crew at Dee Why, will return again!
