    Great Girls at reception. Yes waited a while at least i know the Doctors are doing there Job. No complaints here at all

    I have just walked out of Auchenflower Family Practice after sitting in the waiting room for 1 hour with a five month old baby. I have gone to this Practice for the past 8 years and now take my two young boys there too. They are constantly running late and every time I vow to find a new doctor. This time I know I will not be going back. I am bitterly disappointed to have to find a new Practice as I really do like the doctors but I am so fed up with their inability to keep appointment times. I asked the reception staff how much longer it would be and they had a chuckle and said it has been one of those days. This was at 10.30am...I hate to think what the people with 4.30pm appointments are in for. There was no apology and they didn't have the manners to keep me informed of expected delay. I would not recommend Practice, especially if you have small children.
