I attended a three hour Aurora Spa Pregnancy Retreat during my third trimester. The lavish surroundings and attentive staff make for a truly self indulgent experience. During my massage, I was consulted regarding fragrances, temperature and pressure. The masseuse was knowledgeable about pregnancy and happily assisted me to change position several times during the treatment to help me remain comfortable. The meditation was essentially a recliner chair and headphones playing a CD which felt a little underdone compared with the rest of my time there, and the sales pitch to buy their oils and body potions on the way out the door wasnt the greatest end note, but overall a lovely and relaxing day.
