    i give this no star i spent 6 hours cleaning what they didnt i have no idea what they did for three hours. do not use them ever!!!! they did not do anything on the check list and were late and they charged me more then first agreed. worst job ever i was so unhappy

    This should be a "No Star" rating for this business. One of the most UNPROFESSIONAL people I've ever come across! Cleaners were massively late on every single occasion. Suddenly started to talk about extra charges (up by $200) upon their 'arrival'! Management was extremely rude as well (when asked for explanation for more costing). Stay away & do it yourself..

    My recommendation - stay away from this company. I had a bad experience with this company. My landlord was not happy with cleanliness of the property after Ausclean serviced the place, and now the landlord is going to withhold part of my bond so that he can hire another cleaning company to finish the clean.

    Despite organising details (such as time of arrival) with Ausclean during work hours, I still received messages on my mobile late at night whilst I was asleep to inform me of an arrival time the next morning which was an hour later than what I had requested. The cleaners then turned up late for the job. This caused me to be late for work.

    Even though I had requested the entire cleaning package up front, I had to ask the cleaners to come back the following day because they didnt clean the walls which was part of the package. On the positive side, at least I was not charged for that.

    So overall, I am out of pocket on the bond and Ausclean refuses a refund. The landlord is not happy either. I will not be dealing with these cleaners in the future.

      He has make us wait for the payment 3 hours just telling i m coming , i m coming, IF HE HAS THE JOB IS NOT OUR PROBLEM , WE HAVE ANOTHER JOB AFTER HIS JOB,WE STATED CLEARLY WE WILL START AT MOORNING NINE AND WILL BE FINISH AT 1 PM BUT HE TOLD ME THAT COMBACK FOR PAYMENT AND WITH THE CLEANING TEAM BECASUE HE WANT TO CHECK AFTER HE FINIDSH THE JOB ,..,we inspect the property , before we start job we refuse to give any guarantee because place was messy like walls need repainted,and ask him to have a look and pay when we finish. even he request i have send my cleaners second time to clean with no extra charge.

    I wish I read the reviews before hiring them! They told me the job would include cleaning all the dirty walls, windows, courtyard, cabinets inside out, showers, toilets, mirrors, etc. They were two hours late for the job and they only did vacuum and moping the place, and dusted a few places too. When I called they said that was all they would do and hang up on me and told the staff to leave the place like it was (as dirty as it was before). They are rude, unprofessional and I still can't believe that I will have to spend my whole sunday cleaning the house after paying a company to do so.

    I'm not sure where to start first - the unprofessionalism on the phone by not returning my phone calls and then having other staff answer the phone or that the staff turned up 2 hours late and left only doing half a job.

    I have just spent 2 hours vacuuming the carpet, wiping skirting boards and windowsills and also spot cleaning the walls and doors, all of which were all part of the package I purchased. I was informed that the black marks on the carpet that appeared must have been there before they started as the staff had cleaned the carpets. These marks however were with a quick scrub with carpet cleaner removed so I can only assume either their machine is useless or it created the marks itself.

    If you are thinking of an end of lease cleaning then please heed my advice and choose a different company. Their cleaning service is substandard and their customer service is the worst I have come across in years!

    I made an appointment two weeks in advance. When they hadn't shown up at the appointed time, I called them, and was told they had cancelled my appointment (without telling me) because they had another appointment on my street, and assumed mine was a duplicate. They apologized, and promised to be at my place the next morning at 9 a.m. They never showed up. When I tried to call them to investigate, they weren't answering their telephone.

    Bad service phone night before wanting to change day! Which wasn't possible. Turned up over 3 hrs late. Only 1 staff for a 2 bed townhouse. Cleaning was so bad I had to spend another 5 hrs to get it up to standard. They broke a tap and then said it was broken before. No high dusting or low dusting. Very stress full. DO NOT USE.... Very unprofessional.

    Good = as the place looked clean after they left (but how well do you check a place at 8pm at night when you've had so much stress and are leaving it behind, at least I got my bond back).

    Bad as they were 8 hours late. I had to hand back my keys to the agent then race back to make sure they were out. Cutting it fine to say the least. PLUS they tried to charge extra because I needed more staff to make sure it was done quickly.

    Would not use again - they aren't worth the stress or worry. I now use Absolute Domestics for home cleaning and they would have been so much better.

    I am astonished by those other reviews .... They booked me in for 3PM on the day of my move and I had to return my keys to the agent by 5. When they hadn't arrived at 3:30 and I hadn't heard anything, I phoned to be told that they were going to be an hour late.

    I kept calling to check what was happening, every time I was told "they'll be there in one hour". Finally at 8:30PM they arrived! The two poor cleaners were obviously exhausted and overworked, and accordingly did a terrible job, leaving stains on the carpet and stripes from the machine.

    Finally, the cleaners had no receipt book, and even though they wanted on the spot payment of cash, couldn't give me any form of documentation to show that I'd paid. When I spoke with the management about my concerns they were rude.

    They're cheaper, but it is so not worth the money that you save for the stress and time involved and the poor quality of the work.

    We recently moved out of our 3 bedroom apartment in Willoughby which was in need of a serious clean if we were to get our bond back.

    The cleaners turned up with a big job ahead of them but were only to happy to help.
    They made the 30 year old oven look like new, cleaned all the walls and roofs and managed to get the mould off the bathroom. They were also very reasonably priced. I highly reccommend this company to anyone needing a professional clean!!
