    Craig, I would like to thank you for your prompt and friendly service, which always helps during the process of buying a house. I can assure you that if anyone asks if I know a good local Building and Pest Inspector, I will be only too happy to recommend you to them.
    I phoned 3 Building and Pest Companies for a quote. One never got back to me, one quoted slightly more, we went with Craig because he asked me questions about the house and what I might do down the track it help me realise some things. Auspect's quote was very professional and his paper work was very good. I normally wouldn't do reviews but this bloke is worth it! We'll be having him back for pool fence inspections as well as our yearly pest treatments.

    I have a husband who hates home maintenance. I gave Craig from Auspect a list of about 36 jobs - some minor, and some fiddly needing assessing for best solution. He wasn't fazed at all, quickly doing everything in a couple of hours, and all cheerily and professionally. He was also honest, charged a good hourly rate, was on time, and came back on time the next day to finish a job which needed to dry overnight.I would highly recommend him for any job in the building and pest area. He knows his stuff.

    Having recently moved to Australia and buying a house for the first time in Australia, I used Auspect to carry out my Building and Pest Inspection. Not knowing anything about termite issues, the Inspector talked me through the process and all the things to look for. The Inspector took his time to walk through and around the property a number of times. I felt the inspection was extremley thorough and found the Inspector very knowlegable about all aspects of pests and building constructions. He was very friendly to both myself and the owner of the property. I would recommend Auspect to anyone who wants a good honest inspection that gets a great service with a smile.
