This sounded like a good idea to me. Unfortunately the bag did not stay up. I hardly could fit less than 20 palm leaves. With the hard bin you can keep push things down, with this bag when you push the other sides pull and the bin ended up half the size it should be. It is hard work and only about $30 cheaper. I called the vendor and received no help. I couldn't get a refund. It is a terrible business. I booked it through book a bin and they were no help either.

  Hi Huyengiang, Sorry to hear that you seem to have had an unfavorable experience with our product. I don't believe I personally have dealt with you so feel free to contact me on 1300 586 548 and enter postcode 4000 for Brisbane and bayside subburbs. Regrading setting the bag up. The bag will self support as per the instructions if you start by rolling the sides out when you set it up. Most of my customers advise that they generally can fit more in than a usual skip as the bag will stretch and things will move down unlike a traditional hard skips where there are voids created by what you put in it we also offer a higher weight limit than the industry standard(600kgs v 450Kgs). Not to mention no time limits and the ability to carry the skip in the back of your ute or have one in the cupboard or garage. You can also grab one at the last minute on a Sunday or late on a Thursday night as they are sold by retailers locally. Sorry you had such a bad experience I hope we can turn it around.

  Thank you for your offer to help. We currently have the bag sitting on our driveway which is getting quite a few remarks. We are waiting to borrow a trailer to take the palm leaves to the dump ourselves. Out of $137 we got $60 back. The bag coated us $77 for absolutely nothing but lots of inconveniences. I am not sure if you could do anything for us as the vendor we dealt with is out of Ipswich. Thanks for your concern.

I am totally impressed with the Aussie Skip Bags, for many reasons, firstly the Convenience of being able to fill the bags at your leisure, instead of working flat out over the weekend attending to all that you need to do, to fill it before Monday morning. The easy access of placing heavy items straight in the Aussie Skip Bags without lifting. The pick up service is fast, easy and reliable, what more can I say they're great.
