Aust Eire House is a two story double brick building built in 1912 and has been running as a Bed and Breakfast since 2000. Features of the building are its huge grass area and garden, surrounded by a brick wall. Inside is its wooden floors and staircase, archways large bedrooms with high ceilings.

A guest computer is provided for internet use, payphone, fully functional kitchen and laundry. The building is non-smoking, but has two smoking areas: outside courtyard and upstairs balcony.

Located 10 minutes from Sydney Airport (provide Airport Shuttle Service) and are just off Princess Highway at Tempe. Sydenham train station is five minutes walk and takes five minutes to the city or a bus stop out front which takes 15 minutes to the city. Cook River - great park and picnic/barbecue area is 10 minutes walk.
