This veterinary hostpital is excellent , i have taken my dog here and the service is excellent one thing is sometimes you do need to wait a while but i can understand this maybe one thing that they can have to make the visit better for the owners and pets is maybe some music it does seem to sooth the savage beast as to say my dog find it hard though to walk on the wooden floors and slips all the time they might be able to have some none slip pads for larger dogs so the dont feel as though they will fall over. the over all feeling that i get from this veterinary surgery is that the vets and nurses are hard workers and enjoy their work. I have found them all very easy to chat to and they seem genuinely interested in your animals needs and you own concerns for your pets I know this to be true because one of the vets even visited my house to see what could be making my dog sick we could not find anything but this is true customer service in the old sense. congratulations and keep it up.

  hopeless! my puppy slipped on the floor and they said it had a bone disease with no testing!The floors are slippery even for me!

  Thanks for your feedback. The floors are polished wood as this surface is one of the best for ease of cleaning, disinfecting and warmth. Non-slip surfaces can trap unwanted particles. We'll ask Jenny to sing for you next time you're in :)
