    Had a great experience with these guys so far. They installed reverse cycle heating and air conditioning in my apartment with no fuss, no mess and no issues and everything's working well.

    I wanted the installation done quickly and from the time I requested the quote to completion took a week or two max.

    I was able to ask questions about the process and the products and get answers. They additionally had good ideas about other issues with my place (like humidity) which I wasn't expecting and went out of their way to address them at the same time.

    Team were all very pleasant. They arrived when they said they were going to arrive and finished the job when they said they would finish the job. They disposed of all the boxes, rubbish and bits of pieces that were part of the installation process, cleaned fingermarks off the walls and ceilings when they were finished and offered to vacuum.

    Compared to other quotes I'd had for the same work, the price was great. Other companies had also recommended that I install two air conditioning units but for the size of my place, these guys said one would be sufficient. And so far it seems they were right, which has saved me forking out needlessly.

    I'm usually pretty cynical about these experiences but I couldn't find anything to complain about with these guys. It was nice to engage a company that was down the line and did a good job. I didn't stuff them around, they didn't stuff me around - as far as I'm concerned, it was great.

    I haven't had any issues with the unit and they've said that they will look after it if there are any problems.

    All round - I'm happy and if you're looking for a similar, straightforward experience to mine I'd recommend them. I'm just sorry they don't do flooring!

    Heater broke, during winter so had them come in & fix, they did. Lasted a day, called them up made an appointment to which they showed up 2 days early. They didn't see anything wrong with it but would come back. Never did. Called them again and here starts the tag game where they said they be there between: 8-9, 7:30-8:30 and such but would never show up. I would have to call to find out they would be several hours late. Final they show up at 9 when they were supposed to be there at 7:30. They look at the heater and say part they replaced was faulty and needs replacement again. We make an appointment again for 7:30-8:30 on Monday. 8:45 Monday comes & I call to see whats going on. I ask if they want my number because they have to call the tradie and see whats up. They say no its right in front of them on the schedule. They call back & say the part is not there and that I was not on the schedule in the first place. They say I'll be the first person on Wednesday. Low and behold I call at 8:30 and they will not be there till 11. They had a big night and are out of the city & driving in at this time. I told them to give me the replacement part.
    Had another company come out find that they and not installed it correctly, missed a coolant leak and a frayed wire as well.
    The ling, incompetence, lack of response and any thought that other people have to work & can spend days and day waiting for poor repair staff to show up astounds me.
    On that final day I asked for the replacement part for the heater be ready later in the afternoon for us to pick, and they even screwed that up & gave us the wrong one. Do yourself a favour and look else where for heating & air-con service because they are frauds & fools. NEVER NEVER NEVER NERVE USE THEM

    Requested a repair, after several months work never done, attempted to get a refund and was promised a cheque but it was never received. Tried several times to get money back in any form and (despite numerous promises) nothing ever came. Still waiting on the refund.

    Avoid this business.

    I am filling this out on behalf of my mother, she is elderly and cannot do for herself.

    A couple of weeks ago i set up with this company to have new heating installed in her house. As me or my husband couldn't be there due to to work for the installation we were a bit worried leaving her on her own since she has become quite dependant after my father passed.
    Our worries however, were in vain. Peter, the installer came at his arranged time and was very helpful. set everything up and showed her how to use everything in a way she could understand. And to his credit, he also took her bins out for her.

    Nothing but admiration for this company, if only more were like them.

    My wife and I had the recent fortune of finding this company to install our heating for the coming winter. our previous system we had in place wasn't very good. Upon calling these guys, we recieved quick and thorough job.

    I recently used these guys to install heating for my home. I have since recommended to family and friends due to their exceptional and punctual service. Everyone from the installation staff to the receptionist were extremely helpful and i will be using again once i have my rental properties up.

    Beware this company. Broken promises over 3 months with installation work never carried our. Gave up and asked for deposit back - refund cheque bounced. Often promised replacement cheque never eventuated. Go elsewhere.
