I arrive at the depot and walk into the reception office only to realise after I stood there for 10 mins I was invisible. It appeared the business visitors were more important as they and the employees/receptionist chatted amongst theirselves. It was obvious I needed assistance, I waited on the counter but after 10 or so minutes I walked back out.
Very poor impression by front of house.
