Big spacey main room for intermediate yoga and meditation.Caters for all levels. Beginners room is a small room off to side.On occasion room size wasn't adequate for class numbers.Friendly instructors understanding of different levels of skill within each class.Its a non-profit community centre and really good concept worth supporting. Was attending using a special deal but will go again.If there was a down side, would be booking system.Seemed to be different requirements depending on who you spoke to.My advice, if booking a single session book a couple of days in advance and turn up 10 minutes before class starts.
