As a member of ANTA for the last 6 years I have been consistently disappointed. Today was the last straw when a staff suggested I "find another association" after my complaint that it took them 5 weeks to contact me (when they were unable to process my credit card payment), and 6 days to even begin to respond to my request for a new receipt book. I am trying to run a business and think that an association I pay $400 per annum too can pick up the phone and call me if their is an issue at their end. When I suggested this I was told they are "too busy" and that "I only ever call anyone once - if they don't get back to me (or ever receive the call in this case), then it's not my problem".
