The Step-by-Step Conveyancing System was first established, in the middle seventies, by members of a Land Reform Committee within the Australia Party.

It includes the practical experiences of many people, from all walks of life, who have successfully completed their own conveyancing, without a solicitor or conveyancer, when buying or selling their land, house, home unit or rural property throughout Victoria, New South Wales,South Australia,Tasmania,Queensland, Western Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.
