    After a couple of phone calls and a visit, I ended up with several different prices from different staff for the same trailer (including 1 written quote). When I attempted to order the trailer the management would not honour any of these prices and quoted a substantially higher price with the response "We own the business and do you want the trailer or not?"

    I would hate to imagine the response if there were any issues with the trailer in the future.
