    I took my car to them for a simple roadworthy to change interstate registration. Which i had done 1 yr before and had over $2000.00 worth of work done in VIC. So they told me it was going to cost me $700.00 to get my car roadworthied.... My boyfriend is studying to become a mechanic so i took their quote back to him. We managed to buy the parts for a whole $90.00!!!! so they were going to charge me $610.00 in labor!!! for a 2 hour job at max???? seriously. My boyfriend managed to do 90 percent of the work himself, other then change a CV Boot on the right hand front wheel. So i took the part to them and they were still going to charge me $125.00 to fit it. Half hour job max, considering my partner did the left hand one in half an hour in our drive way with no where near the amount of tools they have.They let an apprentice do it. IT took them 3 and half hours. whilst we sat there and waited. They took the suspension apart (EVEN THOUGH TO CHANGE A CV BOOT YOU DON'T HAVE TO TOUCH THE SUSPENSION)!!!. so three and half hours later and $125.00 later i drive my partner home and drive home... so 20 minutes into my drive when i turn right it feels and sounds horrible,.... like the wheel was loose. There was a horrible grinding and clunking sound coming from my right. My partner said not to drive the vehicle anymore and he came around to check what they had done... my car still is not driving right. I feel sick every-time i drive my vehicle. It used to be a SOLID CAR. NEver had ANYTHING wrong with it.. and now i don't trust my car not to fall apart on me. I will not even take it back to them for them to rectify it. Specially after reading these other comments... no way. ill pay for another mechanic to fix it and demand they reimburse me for the DAMAGE they have caused to my vehicle.

    WORST MECHANICS ON THE NORTH SIDE!!!! Do not take your car to them!! They are dodgy, expensive!! I took my car to them to have a new Water pump and Thermostat fitted! I was without my car for '2' days only to have the temperature gauge rise on the way home. I was reassured by them that this was normal and continued to drive it. I then took it for it's logbook service at the dealer and was told by the senior mechanic that "My Water pump and Thermostat had not been replaced and were leaking all over the engine bay!" Prior to this I had a new radiator fitted 'by them' which didn't fix my car from overheating! When I took it back to them for them for the 3rd time they then told me I needed to replace the thermostat and waterpump which originally was suppost to have been throughly tested and didn't need replacing!! Finding out that no parts were even fitted and severe further damage due to overheating has now been caused to my engine I warn you AVOID THIS SERVICE STATION!! Im now up for a new engine!!

    Service seemed good when organising the repairs. The staff doing the repairs told me they had recovered the parts I had asked them to locate, but then must have lost them or couldn't find them and then tried to say that I must have lost them after they had found them.
    I thought I'd give them a 2nd chance, so I took my car there again. I provided the parts for the repairs, which were apparently wrong, yet they still proceeded to fit them without contacting me to inform me that they were incorrect which then caused a major fuel leak in the engine bay. This could have potentially been very damaging. I then had to pay for the tow truck back there to get it fixed up again and was then made to pay for the repairs from their mistake. I spoke to management who seemed nice about this matter, but they tried to palm me off, back onto the staff that I was having the argument with in the first place.

    NOT HAPPY!
    I certainly will not be using them again and I suggest you find another mechanic, as they are not cheap, nor are they able to give a reliable warranty on their work or willing to take any responsibility for their mistakes.
