    Each experience has been great!! Just had the car repaired. Several others quoted all kinds of issues, several hundred dollars worth. But auto leaders had a quick look and found a simple inexpensive issue and resolved it. Happy with their service and communication, would recommend!

    Autoleaders mermaid Beach is incredibly rude. I booked my car in for brake light repairs. I explained that I had already checked all the fuses and globes and that wasnt the problem, that it was most likely an electrical fault. After 5 hrs I received a call from them and was told they couldnt fix it and I would need to take it to an auto electrician. I asked him why they didnt tell me that in the beginning as I had taken a day off work to accomodate the car being fixed. I told him i had already explained to them the problem and that it was a waste of time having them look at it if they werent able to do electrical work. He then said, and I quote, 'I DONT HAVE TO LISTEN TO THIS' and hung up. I immediatley went to the work shop and again asked why they took the car if they couldnt fix it and he pointed at the door and told me to get out and dont come back. I am a 5' 2'' female and not exactly a threat to a bunch of mechanics. I have reported this to fair Trading and advise anyone to NOT go there.

    We have had several issues with Autoleaders Mermaid Beach/Broadbeach!! Everytime our car as gone in for one problem, we get it back with another. They broke our radio and our bonnet on two different occasions, but of course tried to talk their way out of fixing either problem. They told us that our radio doesn't go above 80.0 because it's a japanese radio, however it is a german radio and has gone over 80.0 frequency for the last 10 ten years.
