All reviews and comments are screened by our team of moderators who work around the clock. We publish, reject, edit and remove reviews and comments at our discretion.

We accept reviews and comments which appear to be legitimate, honest and based on first-hand experiences with businesses.

We reject reviews and comments if they:

  • Don’t appear to be based on a genuine experience.
  • Contain swear words.
  • Contain offensive or derogatory material (including anything racist, sexist or homophobic).
  • Falsely or unjustly damage someone’s reputation.
  • Contain allegations of medical malpractice.
  • Contain allegations of illegal activity.
  • Contain allegations of food poisoning.
  • Are written by a business owner about a competitor.
  • Are based on rumour or second-hand info.
  • Include details of a current court case.

    Do yourself a favour and NEVER SHOP HERE! After paying three times as much for a 'top of the line' steering wheel lock after being convinced by the management that it was the best product around, the barrel of the lock just fell out a month later. I went in and asked for a refund. told me that could not give me a refund until a staff had looked at it. said to come back the next day, which I did only to be turned away because the staff hadn't looked at it. I came back again and said that they had ordered one in for me. I again insisted that I wanted a refund but they wouldn't let me have one until I had seen the new product, which I had clearly stated I wasn't interested in. would not allow me to get a refund on the faulty product until I had waited two weeks and four visits later. When they finally did refund me said that I had not returned all the keys that came with it and would therefore need to TAKE THE MONEY BACK that I had just spent two weeks trying to recover. I told him that we were in the middle of moving house and did not know where the spare keys were but this didn't matter, I then had to refund him their money! I would think that considering the product was so clearly defective that getting the company that made it to refund the cost to them wouldn't be an issue. was most displeased with my insistence on a refund, and I think that in the end this was just an avoid giving me one. If I could get less that half a star I would! I will be lodging a formal complaint.
