I am writing this review because i am discusted about the poor quality and rude service provided by the staff at this particular auto one in kensington. In august 2009 i arrived at auto one to purchase a few parts for my vehicle , as i turned into the drive way an auto one employee driving out of the driveway in a company car started shouting abuse to me that i was blocking his drive way. He was using very foul language as he was exiting the car park area...As i went into the store not being able to believe what just happened, and that an employee would treat a potential customer with that attitude. I explained the situation to a staff member who agreed that his employee was a little snappy at times and he apologised to me. Obviously nothing was done about the situation....
In March 2010 i rang up auto one to see if they could order a part in for my car, i spoke to an employee there, that was not only very rude to me but after waiting on the phone for more than 10 minuits told me that he could get the part in , but he still didnt understand the particular part i needed, which was quite simple to understand... After a few minuits i asked him if i could speak to someone else who might be able to understand what i needed, he put me on hold for another five minuits and then just hung up on me. I rang back to ask why someone had hung up on me and the employee said to me that it was his manager who i spoke to at first and that he hung up on me. He then transferred the phone over to his manager again who said to me that he was looking for someone to assist me in the matter and he hung up on me again.
I AM SO ANGRY AND WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. I understand that this happened to me once and i let it go , but after the second time, i am that upset that i had to take this time to write a review about this company.....
