    I recently had all the locks changed on the doors and windows for a new property I purchased. Axcess Locksmiths were so prompt and professional and I would recommend them to anyone. I had used them before and would do so again.

    Had Axcess Locksmith replace a tasman lock few years back. The lock stopped working within the first 2 months of installation. Called them for warranty claim and was told that that it could be because of 'ground movement' which was ridiculous. Not good.

    I recently rang and have no idea about safes. Accused me of hanging up on him the owner when I did not.

    That's why I sent an inquiry. What a rude email to send to a prospective customer. You have no idea of the sale you have lost.
