This converted cottage comprises four small rooms, and a deck that seats eight. The ambience is warm and cosy, and the quality and creativity of the food goes beyond your average suburban bistro. Owner-chef Marc Bocquee has worked with P.J. McMillan before opening Azafran three years ago, and before that he spent time in London. He’s gained a reputation for his desserts, especially the turkish delight pannacotta with pistachio ice-cream. Wines are well selected. Mains average: $29.50.
