Going due to receiving an Ouffer voucher, I was pleasantly surprised. My therapist was amazing, she read my back like a book and my massage was amazing. I am not a huge fan of facials as I hate people playing with my face but this was nice, there was no carrying on but the experience was great. My face felt clean at the end not clogged up with product
I felt refreshed and wonderful after the experience.
Definitely a place to go back!

I purchased a deal from spreets to this spa recently. The deal sounded amazing, but the real experience was rather poor. The facial was pretty much a simple wash, followed by a quick steam (the steamer was broken, so I was moved to a different room and then things still weren't working), followed by a quick mask. When I came out, I saw that my face still had traces of mask. When I got home and saw myself in the light of my bathroom, I realised that most of my face had lots of white spots - the mask was not washed off properly!
I also had my hair washed and blow dried there. The whole experience was not good, and the blow dry only lasted an hour. I was very dissapointed! The spa is located in such a beautiful place and the advertisement was great. The quality of their services are very poor though. On top of that, I did not get all the services that were listed as a part of the deal and instead of 2.5hrs, didn't even get 2hrs!

The doors have just opened to the shiny space at the site of the old Spa Chakra. Azul is the perfect pamper drop-in spot, with views over the wharf. City slickers enter white treatment rooms, emerging minutes or hours later with scrubs, massage, hair, mani-pedis and make-up all done. Combining a hair and beauty salon means there’s no need to wreck your nails in a rush to get to a hairdresser. Emerge pampered and groomed to perfection. Then pop out for a long lunch at the wharf post-treatment. Some packages include lunches at China Doll. A one-stop bliss out shop.
