Reviews of B & B Caravan Service & Repairs

  • Excellent Service! Late last year I booked in my new caravan / toy hauler I purchased from the USA to Graham and Kates caravan service. This was my first van and of course, very new to everything about caravans.

The caravan itself needed may mods to get it up to speed and Grahams expertise was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and his quality of work was second to none. Examples included:

Designing my hitch, designing special brackets for my solar roof panels so the fit with in Australian standards. Installed my three 120amp batteries, install Ibis air-conditioning. Designed new selfing for my two Ingal fridges. Installed both my fridges. Wired up nearly all my 240 power and hooked up my 12v power. Balanced my caravan to my new vehicle to make it as safe as possible. Reposition my LED tail lights to the correct legal height. Also mu number plate was relocated at the correct height and installed a light on it for compliance.

The team at B&B were excellent. I work at a high end Tech company that thrives on customer service, one of the best in the world and I found it so refreshing for another company that has the same vision and values.

As you can see I cannot rate Graham and Kate highly enough. If you want your van fixed, repaired or modified in my case, you have found the right place. Even there price was more than reasonable to say the least.

Thank you Graham and Kate and the team at B&B Caravans!
  • I contacted B&B caravan service via their email contact us, on Monday 4thJune under a recommendation for a warranty repair.Unfortunately to date no reply from them, very disappointing.
  • Hi,i have had the floor on my Jayco M/Home repaired by B & B under warranty and must say they did a very good quality job and i am very happy with it, HOWEVER i am far from happy in the way i was treated at times.I have had a bussiness of my own and i know how customers should be treated.
Won't go into details at this stage but as i said very happy with their work
  • Just a happy customer
  • Graham and Kate are a great team offering real service with professional advice. I had had B & B work on my van over the past 5 years and have always found them to be the best and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality caravan service and repairs at an affordable price.

Usual disclaimer about not being involved with this company in any way, just a happy customer.
  • We have used B&B many times and we are more than happy with the service! They are really well organised and very helpful.
  • B&B have been looking after our Hire Vans for some time now and we could not be happier with the work and the advice they offer. I would happily recommend them to all caravan owners.

  • This morning I went to drop off my Jayco Eagle Outback for a service and some minor warranty issues at B & B Caravans, Brendale, QLD.
On arrival the street parking was full, there was parking for a 4x4 and Van about 200m away.
I decided to park closer to B & B Caravans, so I parked in the driveway (not a good move)
I ran into the reception area and informed the lady that I had parked in the driveway and asked if I could reverse the Van into the yard. She told me not to worry, well do it later, and all is good. Whilst filling in all the paper work, another staff member walked in and started having a go at me for parking in the driveway. I told them that I had informed the lady at reception that I had parked in the driveway and wed move it straight away. I apologized and said that if its a problem Ill move the Van.
They told me to move it at once and park else where and not in their driveway. An argument broke out.
    • Tell the truth and not half the story. We kept saying that it is not a problem and you kept going on about it. I was trying to calm the issue but this customer answered back to us, I do not need this hassle and walked out.
