Hi,i have had the floor on my Jayco M/Home repaired by B & B under warranty and must say they did a very good quality job and i am very happy with it, HOWEVER i am far from happy in the way i was treated at times.I have had a bussiness of my own and i know how customers should be treated.
Won't go into details at this stage but as i said very happy with their work
Graham and Kate are a great team offering real service with professional advice. I had had B & B work on my van over the past 5 years and have always found them to be the best and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality caravan service and repairs at an affordable price.
Usual disclaimer about not being involved with this company in any way, just a happy customer.
B&B have been looking after our Hire Vans for some time now and we could not be happier with the work and the advice they offer. I would happily recommend them to all caravan owners.
Escape Caravan & Camper
This morning I went to drop off my Jayco Eagle Outback for a service and some minor warranty issues at B & B Caravans, Brendale, QLD.
On arrival the street parking was full, there was parking for a 4x4 and Van about 200m away.
I decided to park closer to B & B Caravans, so I parked in the driveway (not a good move)
I ran into the reception area and informed the lady that I had parked in the driveway and asked if I could reverse the Van into the yard. She told me not to worry, well do it later, and all is good. Whilst filling in all the paper work, another staff member walked in and started having a go at me for parking in the driveway. I told them that I had informed the lady at reception that I had parked in the driveway and wed move it straight away. I apologized and said that if its a problem Ill move the Van.
They told me to move it at once and park else where and not in their driveway. An argument broke out.
Tell the truth and not half the story. We kept saying that it is not a problem and you kept going on about it. I was trying to calm the issue but this customer answered back to us, I do not need this hassle and walked out.
