We cater for most moves and will tailor for your needs with our fully equipped trucks. (Dolley, trolley, thick blankets, tailgate loader, etc) leaving our customer a happy customer.

    I was extremely disappointed with the service received by this company in a simple move. Three times, we were in touch with the company to ensure adequate resources were allocated to make our move efficient. Not only was there no communication between head office and the removalists assigned our job; but the removalists wouldn't accept a payment outlined by their management - at the same time holding some of our goods AND charging at the same time. This was after one of the removalists slept on the truck for 1/2 hour.
    As someone with heavy ties to the real estate industry and its services, I will recommend to steer well clear of this company.

    The guys who came to pack us up were quick and careful (ie, nothing got broken). They were friendly, and as we were on as deadline with moving they were able to help us. As we were moving to a new town we didn't have anywhere to live straight away. We were quick to find a house, and Andrew was happy to hold the truck back an extra day for us to find a house. The boys arrived early to drop off and were quick, and again very careful with unpacking. "

    We used B.Green Removals to move from our 2 bed unit in dee why into another unit about 10 mins away to brookvale. We did not have a huge amount of things however we were moving from a unit on the 4th floor which meant that everything had to be carried down 4 flights of stairs.

    Cost: $80per hour which we found reasonable

    Time: It took them 3.5 hours but would have been quicker if they had bought a larger truck as they only bought a pantec which meant fitting everything in was quite difficult.

    Removalists: friendly and worked well, only one item was scratched in the move but I suppose that is unavoidable in a move.

    Positives: They were very professional and worked well together, they were friendly and had no problems lifting all the items we had to move.

    Negatives: The only negative is that they bought a smaller truck which meant that they took quite a long time to load the truck in order to fit everything in. If they had bought a larger truck it would have taken about 2.5 hours.

    Overall: I would hire them again on the condition that they bought the correct sized truck not a pantec.
