    Highly recommended. Extremely efficient Service.
    April 2013, the ATO sent my dad a letter requesting to lodge a late tax return for 2007 within 28 days, including Capital Gains Tax. My dad never had to fill a tax return since he is retired, but he did have a property that was sold that year, and only very little paperwork left. Just 2 weeks from the deadline, I called Campbell from BIT Accountants, who quickly assessed the situation. With one phone call, it was very clear that Campbell had the experience to deal with the ATO's requests. Campbell handled the situation perfectly, and we found his team extremely efficient. All the documents were submitted to the ATO well ahead of the deadline, and we were exempted from any penalties for not lodging our tax return in 2007. In addition, Campbell suggested that my dad was eligible to further exemptions, creating savings of over $1,270. It is good to know that you can rely on someone who knows their job inside and out.

    We moved to Brisbane a few years ago and needed an accountant to help us lodge 3 years worth of personal and small business tax, including capital gains for sale of an investment property. Luckily a friend recommended B.I.T. Accountants to us. Campbell was extremely helpful and provided a first class level of service at a very reasonable price - unlike any previous accountant we have worked with. Fantastic.

    I used B.I.T. Accountants for the first time this year to lodge my Small Business & Personal Tax Returns . I found Campbelll very genuine with his advice to help maximize the profits of my business .After Using a much larger &impersonal firm in the city it was a pleasure to receive such friendly and personal service . With the quality & efficient service that B.I.T. Accountants provide and their fees being much less than I have been use to paying I only wish I had made the switch years ago. I am in good hands with Campbell & his staff & I highly recommend B.I.T. Accountants.

    We only recently moved to Brisbane and our personal and business returns had not been lodged since 2010. We contacted B.I.T. Accountants and Campbell outlined very clearly what he would do and what he expected from us, to allow him to properly fulfil our requirements and gave an approx cost for their services (very important to us).

    Campbell delivered all the financial accounts in a very timely manner, attending to various other issues, as they popped up. He and his staff are very professional and helpful and they do not lose sight of their service to you. An accountant with integrity, whom we would certainly recommend.

    We had not done our business and personal tax returns for two years due to the 2011 flood. I was very anxious what the ATO would do to us and penalty they would apply. Campbell was good at putting me at ease and explained how he would handle the process if penalty was applied. The ATO did apply a penalty, Campbell negotiated with them and negotiated for the penalty to be removed. He also was through in doing the business returns, chasing us for more info along the way. We found BIT Accountants via my parents who are in business and have used them for several years. We feel comfortable with using them agin in the future.

    We have been with B.I.T. for over two years. Our last accountant was in the city with a reception room larger than our bedroom. I often wondered (when visiting) who paid for this extravagence (Me). We left because the fees for our businesses and super fund kept growing each year and over five years we were handled by 4 different people.

    At B.I.T. we found one on one service, we found Campbell understood many of the issues we faced running our business in these dificult time. He did not sugar coat anything and when he did not have an answer was up front with it. It is a small practice that we have found provides great value for the high level of service they offer. The fees are much less than the last place but no compromise in quality.
    We have recommended other friends to B.I.T. for their business and personal needs.
