    Service, Service, Service is what I got from B.I.T.
    Prior to this I phoned two other accountants, they never returned my calls. My friend told me to try True local. That is how I found B.I.T.
    I needed advice on a complex tax matter. Campbell waited back one afternoon to see me.He explained the process in point form and created an action plan. Further to this he put it in writing and sent it to me via email. He did not let me leave without being comfortable about what we had spoken about. A value this approach.

    My previous accountant was having a lend of me when it came to fee to look after our superannuation fund for the 2010 year it cost close to $3,800. I struggled with the cost. I did some research via True local. Made an appointment to speak with Campbell, he gave me a quote of between $2,000 and $2,600, he was also very specific it was a quote /not a fixed price. He is firm and straight to the point, not image conscious (not like my last accountant) but highly professional. In the end he did the work for $2,090, . I was most impressed and like his straight forward approach. I have told several friends.

    It is Wednesday 28/12/2011 after Christmas when most professional places are closed. I rang my accountant as I need some advice about possibly buying a rental property with my brother. My accountant was not available. My brother, then got on the phone to his accountant at B.I.T.. Campbell was very helpful, pointed us straight as to our concerns and for no fee. I will be coming to see him next year, based on today help and my brother's referral.

    Our previous accountant had sold his practice and I was expected to deal with someone I never met. On meeting the new guys, we just didn't hit it off. So it was the right time to look for someone else. I asked a respected friend who had a self managed super fund like us, who they used. They recommeneded us to B.I.T.

    Initially I was comfortable with the no frills approach of B.I.T. They did not promise the world. The service was great and I was surprised to find that they had a saving on the fee of 40% from the previous people. I liked the fact that Campbell made me come into his office on one occassion to explain two important tax planning stragegies that have the potential for major impact on our fund. Plain talking people that I understand.

    From the moment I walked in through the door, I was comfortable with my choice. It was a hot day and the receptionist made sure sure I had a glass of cold water. This may seem simple, but it is an exanmple of the caring nature of this business. I met with Campbell expalined my tax situation and changes in working conditions, he took some notes, sent me an email, while I was with him, listing out the things I was to do and information to be supplied.

    They made the process straight forward and I was able to forward my response later by email Great people, the refund was better than what I expected. The fee I paid was more than fair. Not the cheapest quote, but if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. I will be back next year.

    I found Campbell through reading the reviews from True Local, I found him very professional, efficient and friendly. I have recommended B.I.T to a lot of my friends and I will look forward to using Campbell again in the coming years for my Tax Returns.

    16 years ago I went looking for an accountant to handle our personal affairs and found Campbell through pure luck. Since then we have followed him through to B.I.T. Accountants and never regretted the choice. That kind of loyalty is not bought - it can only be gained through the professionalism and general care and interest that Campbell has in the welfare of his clients. I will continue to use his services and follow his advice for all my accounting needs especially now that I begin the challenge of running my own business. I have no hesitation in recommending B.I.T Accountants to others as I have already done previously to friends and other family members.

    I found B.I.T. Accountants (Campbell) on true local after sourcing for an accountants online as I am was no happy with my previous accountants & found him to be very friendly, professional & made me at ease when (tax time) can be highly stressfull.
    Would definately use him again & would recommend him to anyone wanting a good accountant
