    Best coffee in Manly it may be...but FAR from great coffee. I like my coffee strong, and they achieved this, but why oh why in so many places does strong equate with bitter as hell? Coffee can be strong AND smooth ... good baristas can achieve it, and hell I can even achieve it at home with a stove-top espresso maker! I couldn't even finish my flat white. I cannot comment on food as I made a beeline to BB only for the coffee after reading such good reviews here. I am hoping that our experience was soured cos the usual barista was on Easter break. Not likely to return soon... but then I'm not likely to be in Manly any time soon either!!

    fresh from Melbourne, we loved this cafe. Coffee was good although it did take awhile to get to us. Service was good, staff have been trained well (and are all good looking!). Apparently there is a restaurant upstairs that serves basic Italian inspired dishes- pastas, paninis etc. Seats outside are a little uncomfortable but that's about the only fault we could find. Seems to be busy whenever we pass by now.

    Excellent coffee at this spot at Chowder Bay looking over the water and the boats. Tables outside and baguettes, cakes etc to purchase. Not an extensive range of food though, and it's really just a little kiosk. Amazing views though!

    Great little cafe right on corner at The Corso. Personally I think the best coffee in Manly. Popular with the locals and especially the cycling fraternity - this place is always busy.
