I was feeling down so I went there for a facial. After consultation, we decided on Microdermabrasion. Result - my skin felt good, but I felt tired. The lady spoke way too much, with constant interruption from another staff entering the room. She also went on about how dry/oily my skin was and that I should get my mole checked out by skin cancer specialist. Instead of feeling pampered and happy, I left feeling bad and still tired.
When I got home, I was reading through their menu, and realized that whatever I had done was meant to be "micro + facial". WELL.... where was my facial?! All she did was Microdermabrasion and lots of talking to put my skin down. No massage, No mask apart from the one in Micro.
She also ask if I had any children. When I said "no" she asked if I "at least" had partner. I said "no" and she said
"well, you have no reason to stress then!"
Considering I was there from feeling stressed out from my work, it was very inappropriate and dumb.
My verdict, if you haven't guessed it, is that I will never go back there again.

  HI S.Fletcher, I had exactly the same experience like you. I had visited this beauty place a few times for the occasional eyebrow wax. It was cheap & the staff were nice. However, when it went under new management i was absolutely appalled and shocked at the extremely terrible experience i had on my next visit. I was there simply for an eyebrow wax.

Brilliant service, great prices, the best eyebrow wax in town! The best micro's and well priced dermalogica! Nothing is a problem for Vesna, she aims to please and always does, highly recommened A+++++
