    Terrible service sums up Ballan Holden..
    I rang Ballan and booked in for a test on my car and was to it was $120 an hour but they would call me if it was over and hour. I go to pick up my car and they tried charging me $420.00 I said um I was told it was $120 an hOur and you would call of it was over. They changed it to $120 after I had a heated discussion with the management. They told me the problem was I needed a new computer system in the car and it was going to cost $600 so I booked that in. I get back in my car and the backseat had been taken out (obviously to check the petrol thing) and hadn't been put back and there was white crap all over my flood and my battery was flat!! I went in to ask if they could jump start it and they said no our mechanics finish at 5:30 it was 5.25 and they made my battery flat.. Wait it gets worse! I was driving along and went to wind down my window and guess what didn't work, I also noticed my radio wasnt working unless I pushed it but it used to come on once the ignition was turned on.. So I rang Ballan Holden and was told that it wasn't them it was like that when they received my vehicle! I asked for the dynostic test but they informed me that it mysteriously gone and they were unable to access the details! And said we will do it again but it's going to cost $250 for another test! It still gets worse.. About a week later my key ignition barrel broke and I rang for the part and they quoted me $600!! 3 days later I got my partner to ring for the same part and he was quoted $320.00!!
    Sold my Holden, would never ever purchase one again because of the horrible service provided!

    Got some help from Ballan Holden in delivering my ordered vehicle from Queensland. The vehicle was delivered in superb condition and I felt respected even though I didn't buy the car from them directly, so technically I was not their customer. Paul Ballan was the one who made it happen and I would definitely consider buying a vehicle from them if they had the car that I wanted. Thank you Paul!

    Another BAD experience with this dealership. Car went into the service garage for a recall on the sunroof. Repairs we're performed in house by staff who installed new glass incorrectly twice causing damage to the sun roof assembly. After 3 visits I was charged $200 to replace the sunroof cover they damaged during repairs? And to top it off the staff we're rude when I tried to rectify the issue with them!

    BAD experience at this dealership! Brought a BRAND NEW car in 2009 and all was ok until i continued to have problems 2 months from purchase. My car has been back into repairs over 13 times already! Approached the Principle and he basically laughed my concerns off and told me to go speak to holden directly!
