    The truck they used was 30 years old - and leaked. Many boxes sodden. Did not provide the port-a-robes as promised - hanging clothes were suspended on a line at the back of the truck - and arrived both dirty AND wet. Did not bring enough large plastic bags for beds and lounges. 2 bed bases are filthy and a 2 seater Moran leather lounge has a large scratch on it. Boxes were stacked 3 high at my new premises - and collapsed and crashed to the ground during the night, as weakened due to being wet. Arrived for uplift 30 minutes after I was told they would not be arriving for a few hours. When I complained about the damages they had no empathy whatsoever, and said they could not be held responsible because it rained - claiming they did not know the truck leaked. Offered me no compensation nor apology - and was quite rude. Did not count anything on or off - did not even ask for a signature on delivery! Could not possibly recommend them. Totally unprofessional.
