    A few KEY points to the management:

    1) Your vans are easily over 40 years old and they break down very easily. In the middle of the road. A busy road. With all your stuff in the back. Which is fun. Because I don't think moving house is stressful enough. I think you need to add the element of the danger of imminent death on the road to help the day go smoothly.

    2) When we fill the tank up with petrol, return the van, hand the slip to the man in the car park who checks (and confirms) that we've filled the van up, I don't then expect to be charged for the petrol. Its luckily I realised the error, as your invoice certainly doesn't have a space for PETROL.....$.......Its as even if its up to the hapless customer to realise and point out your error otherwise they would be charged without knowing. Why would you want that?

    3) Don't change the quote and tell me I don't know what I'm talking about when I ask about it,(rudely) you come across like you run a back street, dodgy van hire place.......oh.

    Nothing flash at all. Tough trucks you can throw a lot of stuff to move all round Sydney. Cheap rates, just make sure you put fuel back in them. Always a big line to rent so best to make a booking.

    So its Cheap if you need to move a bunch of stuff or some big things. $80 for 24 hrs plus petrol. BUT BEWARE. Their trucks are not in the best condition, gears are difficult to get through and the interiors smell like sweat and, cigarettes. Oh no A/C in summer too guys. I got one about 2 years ago drove out over the Anzac bridge and, got pulled over by the Police and, almost charged for dirving an unlicensed vehicle but they escorted me back to balmain rentals and, fined them instead, then Balmain Rentals tried to charge me full rate for a couple of hours use even though I had to follow a police car with lights on. (I argued and, they didnt charge after all) So...Lesson: CHECK THE REGO. I would still use them for the abscence of any cheaper option but I do so begrudgingly.

    Cheap, no frills service. Watch out for the big lines when returning at peak times. The trucks are rough and do the job.
