Done Balti a few times and have been quite happy with my dinners there recently. When I first went I almost didn't go back, but the place changed hands last year and the quality of the food and service has definitely increased.

food was good, service was good the first time but awful the second time....tried to order drinks after entree and they still hadnt arrived by 15 minutes after we finished the mains, plates were cleared very slowly yet the table next to us (perhaps regulars) were given very attentive service
