    Jeff came to install cooling. Trekked half way across Melbourne to check out what sort of cooling would be best. Gave a clear explanation as to what would be involved with different options. Installation day went like clockwork. No hiccups of any sort - Jeff and his mate worked efficiently throughout the day. The follow up electricians arrived the next day and were equally impressive. The cooling is perfect. My friends have been so impressed with both the job done and the price, they have already phoned Jeff to get him to do work on their places. They don't come better than Jeff.

    Jeff came to repair my old heater. Was very helpful in presenting possibilities for repair or replacement. Not pushy or impatient. Once decided- it was ordered, delivered, and installed promptly and efficiently. I would gladly recommend Jeff and will call on him again when required. He is on time and courteous.

    Jeff initialy came out and quoted me on installing a split system airconditioner. I had some specific requirements thinking I had considered all I needed to with regard to the location of the outside unit. Well Jeff provided me another option which was way better than I could have imagined.
    A professional approach, a freindly house-side manner, Jeff provided all the advice I needed for my installation in terms of size and positioning. I purchased the unit myself, which Jeff promptly installed soon after. The electricians Jeff organised were also as professional.
    I would not hesitate to recommend Balvic Plumbing & Gas to anyone requiring professional tradies who really care about and deliver the goods for their customers.
    I will be getting Jeff back to service my gas heater also, just before winter sets in.
    Great job and the unit works a treat.

    I had Jeff come out to fix my toilet which was acting like a fountain when the water was on.
    He gave me 2 choices: either replace the faulty part ($60-100 + Labour) or replace 2 washers for ~$2+ labour. he told me the second option had some degree of probable failure but if it survived the water being turned back on, all would be good. All was GOOD!!!!
    He is also pleasant to talk to.

    A very Professional Company...we logged a service call for a gas ducted heater and evaporative cooling unit.The technician turned up on time the next day and fixed both systems within a very reasonable time frame. He also did a carbon monoxide test on our gas heater which showed up as faulty and leaking carbon monoxide into our house. Thanks for a great friendly service.
