    While the service here is a little slow, the food at Bamboleo is definitely worth it. You have to try the authentic Spanish paella, you will not be disappointed! The wait staff are very friendly and attentive, always making sure the food is to your liking, and you have enough to drink.

    Nothing beats a good Paella and Bamboleo delivers! Theres prices are really good and the restaurant is in a nice little arcade right near the heart of Geelong. There are not too many Spanish places in Geelong, but this place is the best of them! If you are after a good night and a spanish restaurant, then this is the place for you!

    Bamboleo is run by a Polish artist who also cooks the Spanish food. If you order the paella it takes 40 minutes to arrive. Other Spanish food takes 30 minutes. Can be a long wait if you're hungry.
