Welcome to a new design and way of buying and selling bars within Melbourne. CRE Brokers is trying a new approach whereby we are actually going to give you as much information as we can up front about the venues that we have for sale.  The aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to identify what you like.  If you want to have a look at a venue then get in touch and we'll show you around and also give you all the associated information and paperwork that we have on that venue. Ideally first we'll meet up at a time and place of your choosing so that we can chat and work out what you are after. We ask a lot of questions because we would rather not send potential buyers to sites that they may waste their time checking out or doing due diligence if the venue is unsuitable. We have spent a lot of time with the sellers collating all the information and documents that you will need so that you can quickly make an informed decision on a venue.

The team here are very involved within the hospitality industry.  We have all owned , bought and sold bars.  You ask the other brokers that are out there if they have ever worked in a hospitality venue let alone owned one. Therefore we understand the pitfalls and difficulties of the buying and selling process.

Another service we are able to offer all parties whether landlords ot buyers/sellers is to send in a team comprising a manager and staff to ensure continuity of running of venue during the sales process or for period whilst and owner/landlord decides what to do with the venue.
