When you walk into Baraki, you'll feel as if you've been transported to an Aegean isle. The inviting interior features a wall decorated with Greek icons and village scenery and the bar beckons you to sit and stay awhile. Owner Michael Diamandis completes the scene with a menu full of great dishes based on his mother's cooking. The dish that regulars come back for is haloumi cheese with a red apple sorbet and the pastourma (air-dried beef) paired with beetroot and halva. Complete the meal with Greek coffee and then stay on for the dancing.
