I took my grandfather (who has dementia) to this barber shop. We arrived 10 minutes early for his 2.25pm appointment. When we walked in, they walked up to me and yelled "who has dementia, you or your grandfather? We think it's you, not him! we told you to come at 2.25!"
I was absolutely appalled at their treatment of both myself and my grandfather. There were other people in the shop who could not believe the tone they took with their customers.
I went back later on and spoke to the staff and they said it was OK to speak to me like that because we showed up early.
