Really nice staff, very friendly and approachable. Our dogs loved it. 5 nights in shared luxury suite. We were presented with a postcard/report card on our pups including photos of them. They were smiling, playing, running with their tails held high. Really High!! A joy to see when they can not be with their owners. Cant quite say that they looked after them exactly like us BUT a great job!!! We will definitely be using them again!!! 110% recommended.
