    I have been suffering from a recurring back injury caused by tight muscles and connective tissue. Originally, I was looking for deep tissue treatment and an osteopathic session, but because of the late notice I gave this was not available. I've had acupuncture before and it has helped a little, but it wasn't until I had acupuncture from Bartley that I really noticed the benefits. The procedure was completely painless (despite the number of needles) and the environment at the clinic made it easy to relax. After the treatment I felt less tense and the mobility in my back and legs felt much more free. Bartley, referred me to his colleague, for an osteopathic session the following day. If the referral came from a chiropractor, I would consider it an upsell, but Bartley knew that I required a bit more treatment. Unfortunately, I don't live in Sydney, but for those that do, Bartley comes highly recommended. Thanks!

    I was going through a very stressful time in my life which was effecting almost every aspect of my life, particularly my sleep. I didn't want to resort to sleeping tablets as they only make me feel worse. A friend suggested I give Bartley at Seven Ways Health Centre a go as they had had good results. I have been going to the clinic now for several weeks and the treatment has made the world of difference to me. The combination of light massage and acupuncture has meant greatly improved quality of sleep and therefore ability to manage stress. If I could go every day I would!!

    I have been treated by Bart for just over a month now and I feel so much better. He is very professional, friendly and caring with patients. I was always really anxious, it was hard to sleep and was struggling with PMS every month. I can clearly see the difference and I feel much lighter, happier and with more energy. I definitely recommend! Furthermore, Sevenways Health Centre has got such a good energy and is very clean and tidy! See it for yourself! :)

    I hadn't experienced acupuncture treatment - but know that a lot of GPs fully endorse this practice - and after feeling a little stressed and experiencing sleepless nights, decided to give it a go. And what an amazing result! Instant relaxation and rejuvenation. I wandered into Bartley Melocco's "Sevenways Health Centre" at North Bondi this morning, and left feeling settled, at peace, re-energised and repaired! The clinic - with its fresh interior and delightful ambience - is like a calm oasis, a lovely escape from the surrounding hustle and bustle. I stretched out on the comfy treatment bed and Bart felt my pulse. After a careful diagnosis, he efficiently tapped a few fine little needles - completely pain-free - into my hands and legs. I'm not keen on needles, but I didn't even feel these going in (Bart also offers a laser treatment for people with needle phobia). Then a soft blanket was pulled up to my chin and headphones placed over my ears so I could listen to a meditation CD. When Bart returned to the room a while later, I was floating on a cloud... and didn't want to leave - I could have laid there all day! But I had to return to work! Bart re-energised me with another needle placed near my knee, while still allowing me to retain my new-found sense of calm and clear-headedness. I'll definitely be back - and also send my son, who is beginning to feel a little stressed about his forthcoming HSC. Bart said he can help him improve his focus, short-term memory and help him stay in the present, as well as calm anxiety and nerves. He also helps clients experiencing menstrual disorders, menopause, infertility, and muscular aches and pains. I think I'll give my friends an acupuncture treatment with Bart for their birthdays. Bart works as part of a team too, with an osteopath and a massage and aroma therapist - who specialises in pregnancy massage - sharing the rooms. It's a one-stop health shop... How lucky are we that there is such an excellent centre for good health and wellbeing just a short walk from home!
