    Base Pizza do some of the best pizzas in the eastern suburbs. They actually won an award a couple of years back I see the sign every time I go into their shop.

    The bases are thin so you dont feel so bad for eating pizza when you feel as though you should be eating a salad. They are not greasy in the slightest and their selection of toppings is so interesting and gourmet. My personal favourite is the prosciutto with added olives or the tandoori chicken with yoghurt. The pizzas arrive and they look as though they have come straight out of an advert just perfect.

    Base delivers for free and their food always arrives before they say it will which is rare in this city. My main problem with base is that they only do Pizza (I guess thats why its so good). I just wish sometimes that they did a risotto or a pasta as well so that we could mix it up a bit.
