Do not use the Bathroom Warehouse at Stafford. Unfortunately we did and we have regretted it ever since. A horrendous experience.
After handing over a two thousand dollars we were then treated with contempt. The items we purchased never arrived on time as promised. When they did arrive they were cheap and nasty in quality (yet expensive). Within days of receiving these items we had to replace and repair a number of them. Our tradesman have been stunned by the poor quality of these products. Phone calls to the management were never returned. We have also had all sorts of problems getting refunds despite assurances that this will occur.
Their service is appalling. The staff either dont know what is going on or dont care. I suspect both.
When we rang to check on the progress of an order staff advised that it would arrive the following day. It never arrived. I rang them to ask where it was and they assured me that it would arrive the following week. I later received a call from our builder who informed me that it had actually been delivered the week before. I have no idea how they track their orders. They seem to have no idea wat inventroy is coming in and going out. Farcical
Their advice about delivery times was wrong on three occasions. They gave the wrong address to the delivery man not once but twice!

To date we have received no explanation and no apology.

We cannot possibly recommend the Stafford store. We paid $1000 for a bathroom vanity. 2 years later it is falling apart because of water damage. Despite the photos we supplied, they said we must have submerged the cabinet. That's right, the only way something in a bathroom could get water damaged is by submerging it. In their eyes there could be no other possibility. So 2 years later, we now need to buy another vanity and yes, the bathroom warehouse at Stafford will NOT be getting any more of our money. I hope the old saying that if you don't look after your customers, 10 people will be told. Thankyou for reading this. Hopefully you are one of the 10 and we have saved you from making the same mistake we did.

Weâ??re sorry to hear that you didnâ??t have a positive experience at Bathroom Warehouse. We aim to keep our customers happy and delivering favourable comments about their experience.

We source our products from reliable, reputable suppliers. Our products are also backed by manufacturerâ??s guarantees to ensure peace of mind.

These guarantees become void, however, if products are subjected to excessive wear & tear. Our suppliers produce vanities made to Australian industry standards. However, renovators must be aware that care still needs to be taken to ensure the life of their vanity is maintained.

Wear & tear may relate to a vanity which is subjected to excessive water. As an example, excessive water splashing from the bath or shower, which isnâ??t wiped down afterwards, may cause a void in the manufacturerâ??s guarantee.

I understand that weâ??re not likely to change your view this time, but hopefully this gives you a greater insight into vanity standards
