We have boarded our dogs with Brenda and Les over the course of about 4 years now, and have recently started boarding our cats as well. After less than satisfactory experiences with a few other kennels, we have been extremely happy with the level of care our much-loved pets receive at Bay Breeze. They come back happy and well, and knowing that they will be extremely well cared for allows us to enjoy our travels with peace of mind.
We love our pets dearly, and it has been such a relief to find a boarding kennel/cattery we can trust. It has been worth the 35-40 minute drive each way!

I would not recommend this boarding kennel to anyone. I put my dog in there and my dog got loose through a hole in their fence and got hit by a car and died, thanks to them i lost a very special part of my family.

  I relise the reviewer is upset for the loss of her special pet. I apologise for that and she has been duly compensated for her loss. Sometimes we make mistakes (we are only human) as I did on that day,but how long do we have to pay for our mistakes. Things have been put in place so this can not happen again. I have many many happy clients and if they wish to they can review their experience here. Are we all judge,jury and executioner !!!
